About Me

     Ryan is a Colorado native who spent much of his youth in the Roaring Fork Valley. Growing up in Carbondale gave him an abundant appreciation for the beauty and grandeur our area possesses and a desire to protect and better his community and its assets.  An avid climber, kayaker, skier, mtn biker, rafter, fisherman and all in all outdoor enthusiast Ryan’s love of the outdoors defined his personality from an early age.  His adventurous spirit, positive attitude and commitment to excellence lead him through life’s challenges and inspire all who come in contact with him.  Ryan is a firm believer that “your attitude sets your altitude”.  He is a proud father to his son, Beck, who teaches him more about the joy of life each day and an incredibly lucky husband to his wife, Robin, who continues to give him more friendship and love than any man could ask for. 

Ryan’s interest in real estate began in the early 1990s when he began to learn the various trades of residential construction.  From remodels to new construction to multi million dollar projects Ryan began to build an appreciation for the complexities of real estate development.  Throughout this growth period he began to study real estate investment.  His thirst for market knowledge and a strong desire to share what he learned with others eventually brought Ryan to real estate sales.  He began his real estate career in 2004 and continues to invest in the business he believes can turn dreams into reality.  Ryan believes in building business through referrals by treating his clients with care and commitment above and beyond the status quo.  He has an extensive knowledge of residential real estate in the Roaring Fork Valley and is always available to help you find the answers to your questions and the solutions to your problems.  Whether you need to buy or sell a home, need information or just want someone to share a day in the outdoors Ryan is always available with a, “Get it done!” attitude.

 Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and received his Real Estate certification from Colorado Mountain College.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, Aspen/Glenwood Association of Realtors, Council of Residential Sales associates and Real Estate Buyers Agent Council.  Ryan holds unique designations including e-Pro, Accredited Buyer Representative and Ecobroker.   It is his goal as your full service real estate agent to provide you with superior service at all times.
