Ryan Jennings is a Colorado native who spent much of his youth in the Roaring Fork Valley. Growing up in Carbondale gave him an abundant appreciation for the beauty and grandeur our area possesses and a desire to protect and better his community and its assets. An avid rock and ice climber, telemark skier, mountain biker, kayaker, rafter, fisherman and all in all back country seeker Ryan’s love of the outdoors defined his personality from an early age. His adventurous spirit and commitment to excellence lead him through life’s challenges and inspire all whom he touches with his honesty, integrity and strong ethics.
Ryan’s interest in real estate began roughly 15 years ago when he began to learn the various trades of residential construction. During those early years Ryan spent time as a framer, roofer, drywaller, painter and eventually trim carpenter, cabinet maker and project manager. Throughout this growth period Ryan studied real estate investment. His thirst for market knowledge and a strong desire to share what he learned with others eventually brought Ryan to real estate sales. After purchasing his families first home in 2003 and their first investment property in 2005 Ryan continues to invest in the business he believes can turn dreams into reality. Ryan is a proud father to his son, Beck, who has taught him more than he could ever have imagined and an incredibly lucky husband to his wife, Robin, who has given him more than he could ever ask for. Ryan believes in family and loyalty and that is what he will offer you. He believes in building his business on referrals and therefore treats his clients with commitment above and beyond the status quo. Ryan has an extensive knowledge of real estate investment and our ever changing markets.
Having begun his career in Real Estate Sales in 2004 Ryan quickly turned heads producing over $1.5 million dollars in sales his first year in business. After that first rookie year Ryan continued to improve his sales skills and by the close of his second year received awards for Exceptional Performance in Sales and the coveted Top Producer for Bray Real Estate with an outstanding $8.6 million in sales.
Ryan holds a bachelors degree in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University and his degree in Real Estate from Colorado Mountain College. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, Aspen/Glenwood Association of Realtors, Council of Residential Sales associates and Real Estate Buyers Agent Council. He holds unique designations including e-Pro, Accredited Buyer Representative and Ecobroker.
Covering the Roaring Fork Valley and surrounding areas including Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt, Carbondale, Redstone, Marble, Glenwood Springs, New Castle, Silt, Rifle and Parachute/Battlement Mesa, it is his goal as your full service real estate agent to provide you with superior service at all times.
